3-year-old Mariam Gazdeliani was diagnosed with Acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
The first symptom that was revealed was a high temperature and loss of color on the face. At first, after talking to the pediatrician, they tried to treat her at home with usual fever-reducing medicines and antibiotics, but this didn’t work …
A blood test was done and there were already blasts, which amounted to 38. After that, the pediatrician sent her to Iashvili clinic, where the analyses were done for the second time and the same answer was received, but the number of blasts had already increased to 60.
Mariam also had a hemorrhage. Her urgent hospitalization in a clinic became necessary.
The medicine we want to treat her is sold in Germany and needs to be brought here. That’s all is related to great amount.
Mariam has a certain part of the medicine, i.e. half of one course and today they have already started the treatment. We urgently need to buy a second part, otherwise we can’t continue treatment.
Her condition is unclear at this stage as we have not yet done a chemotherapy, and we don’t know how events will develop, how organism will receive medicine and how this disease will recede.
